How this Washington sale works
Washington is a judicial foreclosure state: the county treasurer files in superior court, and the sale conveys a deed — there is no post-sale redemption period. The owner's last chance to redeem is the close of business on the day before the sale (RCW 84.64). For buyers that cuts both ways: what you win is yours without a year of redemption risk, and precisely because of that, the homework has to happen before you bid, not after. The minimum bid covers the taxes, interest, penalties and foreclosure costs owed.
Before Tuesday: how to work this list
Start from the full list on the Clallam County page linked below and work it down to a bid list before sale day: screen for the areas and property types you actually buy, verify each finalist against county records, and confirm registration, deposit and payment rules on Public Surplus well before November 17. The sale is in 13 days; the buyers who win it are the ones who did the sorting in advance, not the ones scrolling on sale day.

Questions
Is the amount owed the price of the property?
No. The published amount is the delinquent taxes, interest and costs owed on the parcel. It is where the bidding math starts — it says nothing about the property's market value.
Can the owner redeem after a Washington foreclosure sale?
Not after the sale. Under RCW 84.64 the owner may redeem until close of business on the day before the foreclosure sale; after the sale there is no redemption period (narrow exceptions exist for minors and legally incompetent persons).
