How it works
1. Your tracked link
Every partner gets a unique link in the form lientodeed.com/?ref=YOURCODE. Put it on your site, in your newsletter, or in your member area. Anyone who signs up after arriving through it is credited to you automatically — the code is stored on their member record at signup.
2. You earn 30%, recurring
Partners earn 30% of every payment from members who joined through their link — not just the first payment. The commission runs for as long as those members stay subscribed.
3. Monthly reconciliation
There is no portal to log into and no dashboard to check. We reconcile your signups and commission every month and send you the numbers, then pay what's owed. Simple, on paper, every month.

Members who join through your link pay the regular plan prices shown on this site — there is no partner discount code, because the economics go to you, the partner, instead. Attribution is set once, at signup, from your link; it is never reassigned. Either side can end the partnership at any time, and commissions already earned are still paid out on the normal monthly cycle.
What your members get
LienToDeed tracks published tax lien and tax deed sale lists across the country — see where alerts are live. Paid members get scored sale lists for the states they watch, a conservative ceiling estimate on the properties where the published data supports one, and alerts in one daily email with everything in it, led by top-scoring matches (score 70+ with a ceiling estimate). The national sale calendar and the state law library are free and open to everyone, partner or not.

Partner codes are set up personally, one at a time — no automated affiliate network, no application mill. Join the free list first so we have your email, then reply to your welcome email and ask for a partner code. We'll create your tracked link and send it back, usually the same day.
